FP&A consultingA model your board
can defend.

Forecasts that are wrong by 30% are decoration. We build the model, the budget, and the cadence that turn forecasts into operating decisions — and reforecasts into a quarterly habit, not a fire.

§ 01 — Variance analysis: plan vs actualFrom plan to actual
in one view.

The artifact a board actually wants: plan vs actual, decomposed into the drivers that moved it, with a live reforecast attached. Toggle revenue, margin, or cash. Click a bar to read the story underneath. Slide between downside and upside to see Q4.

01
Driver-traceable

Every variance is decomposed into named drivers — not "mix" or "other". A board can ask "why" and get a sentence back.

02
Three lenses, one model

Revenue, margin and cash share the same underlying drivers. You see how a hosting overrun bleeds into both GM% and ending cash.

03
Reforecast in seconds

The Q4 line moves with the slider. Useful for board prep, scenario walks with investors, and the quarterly reforecast cadence.

§ 02 — FP&A services: models, budgets, reforecastsSix disciplines,
one operating plan.

FP&A is a chain — the weakest link sets the truth. We harden every link, then run them as one system.

01

Three-Statement Model

P&L, balance sheet, cash flow — driver-based, scenario-aware, owned by one person.

02

Annual Operating Plan

A budget your team agreed to, by department, by quarter. Variance is calmly explained, not panicked.

03

Rolling Reforecast

Quarterly reforecast in three days. The model bends; the cadence does not.

04

Unit Economics

Cohort LTV, payback period, contribution margin by segment. Pricing decisions become defensible.

05

Variance Analysis

Plan vs actual vs prior, narrated. Surprises become learning, not blame.

06

Board / Investor Pack

Standardized format, version-controlled, exported in two clicks.

If yours is not here, book a 30-minute intro call and bring the model you have.

With a model audit. Bring us what you have and we show you where it breaks before we rebuild anything; the audit decides whether we repair your model or build a new driver-based one.

Where your team will maintain it. Many companies at this stage are best served by a well-structured spreadsheet; when the model outgrows it, we work in planning tools such as Pigment, Cube, Causal or Mosaic.

Quarterly for most companies, monthly when cash is tight or the plan has broken. The model is built so a quarterly reforecast takes about three days, not three weeks.

You do. It is documented, version-controlled and owned by one person on your team, with a monthly cadence your finance team can run without us.
